Convenient Location and Affordable Room

The location here was great, right in the middle of the huge airport. I had a budget-friendly room all to myself, which had everything I needed, including a good value for the price I paid. There were free drinks available and I could help myself to them. Additionally, there were shower facilities, which was really nice after a long flight. 🚿

Convenient place, it was spotless and had very very nice staff on the reception desk. The location was marvellous because it was right by airport area and nice place to stay, the Terminal 2-Best of all, and the supermarket.

The hotel is good little, has super friendly/helpful staff on the reception desk. Rooms are compact with TV and bathrooms, as example, food is good.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bathrooms and shared toilet facilities, for instance and care about everyone. The breakfast is good. The location is fantastic just next door to Terminal 3 of Changi Airport, the bay, and the massively large airport.

Convenient for layover, with easy access to dining at Jewel.

During my stay, I experienced a slight inconvenience with the room temperature being too cold. However, the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.

The hotel is business-focused and offers a hot breakfast. I loved the convenient location, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Changi Airport subway station. The single room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee maker, and a work desk.

The location was convenient as it was within the airport premises. , the lounge offered complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The bed was fairly comfortable.

We loved the convenience of this hotel located right in the Terminal 2-best of all for a short overnight transit stop. The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities, including the shower and sleep facilities, were top-notch. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Although my xmas stay at this hotel wasn't the best experience, I did appreciate the two complementary facts offered. the location was not too bad, making it easy to catch my flight after staying overnight. I did find it to be relatively cheap when compared to other hotels in the area.

The room itself was terrible. the bathroom was shared and far away which made it inconvenient.

The location was perfect - 15 hour layover in Singapore; comfortable bed; strong wifi; amazing shower; pleasant staff; delicious free meal; spotlessly clean facilities.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location by the airport in Terminal 1 of Changi makes it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms with a single bed and shared toilet facilities are clean and comfortable. Additionally, having breakfast included is a wonderful perk for guests.

All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.
